An epic race for Best In The Desert, in collaboration with our Mad Media partners and UTV Undergroud; we are proud to bring you the POLARIS RZR UTV World Championship, a race for UTV’s, Motorcycles and Quads.

http://kendallrace.com/steven%20raffle.php  – This is a fund raiser for Steven Parkerson, who was injured at the P250.  Trent Kendall organized this fund raiser and Best in the Desert has donated 1 Motorcycle/Quad Pro Entry ($1100) and 1 Motorcycle/Quad Sportsman/Expert Entry ($800) and 1 Pro UTV Entry ($1500) for this years Vegas to Reno “The Long Way”.  This years race will be amazing read about it  here.  Moose Racing has donated an $80 travel bag, $40 goggle bag, $80 bike stand and several hats, shirts, gloves and jerseys.  Please help donate for Steven’s recovery.  We will draw names at the Meeting at the UTVWC!  You must enter to win!  You will not be awarded money value, you will be awarded your correct entry form.

Draw Order – Rows are subject to change depending on the # of entries after registration 2/19/16.  The staging rows will be listed for us in numeric order, the spot in the row is first come, we won’t put you in this draw order, just the row you are listed in.

Pit Crew Insurance – Release Form.  This was not stuffed in your race packet.  Please print this out and bring it to registration with you, every team needs to have everyone with them sign this form.  You will receive your pit crew arm bands at registration.  You won’t get into the Main Pit without these arm bands.  We apologize for not having this form in the packet.  Please print and bring with you!

Tuesday, February 9, 2016 – Draw for Start Positions, if you faxed an entry you will not receive a race packet until we receive good entry form and deposit IN THE MAIL.  MAIL TODAY so you get a race packet.  A fax is a courtesy ONLY to get you in the draw, that is all, we do not consider it a final entry.

Host Hotel revised (12/28/15) ~ The Colorado Belle will be the host hotel for the event.  Group code GRUTVWC (block ends 1/25/16) Registration will be on the 4th Floor, Rio Vista Room on Friday.

For the Family Poker Run you will have to be PRE-REGISTERED.  Also, all the people in the UTV must come to registration to sign all of the insurance release forms, Friday Feb 19, from 8am-10am, the run starts at 10:15 and will end at 12:15 pm.  You cannot go out on the course after 12 noon on Friday.

Poker Run – Entry Form, Friday only (2/19) 10:15 am -12:15 pm, Registration 8-10am, Colorado Belle, 4th Fl.  Minors must have the Minor form notarized and bring with you to registration.  This is a non-speed event, race utv’s are not allowed in this event, including no production race utv’s, NO race vehicles per the BLM and BITD.

Information letter – early information, details will be in the FIP (Final Information Packet) sent out on draw day, 2/9/16.  Sorry for the confusion, Registration is at the Colorado Belle, but yes, the Awards Sat evening will be at Harrah’s Laughlin (letter revised 1/19/16)  Just sharing the love!

Consolidate all your Main Pit Parking vehicles.  You will receive four (4) Main Pit Parking passes and one (1) Hot Pit parking pass at registration.  You will have to show this pass at the gate to get in.  Again, please consolidate all your vehicles.

Minor Form – all Minors, 17 years and younger MUST have this form notarized and bring to registration with you.  We do not have a notary, have this notarized before you arrive to registration.  Minors racing all races.

Membership Form – every person in a race vehicle must be members of Best In The Desert (2016)
