Your pit crew must fill out the Racer Pit Liability Form available online by clicking here! Each Racer will be given the number of Pit Wristbands registered on the online site.

Any Media requests must be filled out and returned 10 days before the event.

A mandatory Volunteer Meeting will be held Friday, February 24th, 2023 at 7::00 PM in the American Legion at 8108 Bay Ave, California City, CA 93505. For your participation you will receive an event T-Shirt, pins, stickers and more!
Contingency
Please complete the appropriate form today and email it back to Contingency@BITD.com before February 20th, 2023. Your decals will be prepared for you prior to the event. If you need decals, you will need to contact our office to have them mailed to you. We will not have forms onsite. We go on the honor system, so please but honest about what companies you are supported or sponsored by.

Racing Trax
RacingTrax.com – Register for your tracking unit TODAY. Racing Trax units will be required for all UTV’s (Adult), MC, 3-Wheelers and Quads. Same day, on site, registration late fee is $25. This tracking unit is separate from your transponder. THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY, NOT FOR YOUR SCORE. You will pick up the unit onsite and our Racing Trax team will install it at the Tech & Event Expo. If you need a bracket, please order today and have it installed before the event.
Pressure Pro
Please watch the attached video link below from Vince Skandunas with Pressure Pro with the “relief valve update.”
These updates from Pressure Pro will be “MANDATORY” for ALL BITD EVENTS starting in 2023 for ALL Pressure Pro fuel system units.
BITD staff will be inspecting Pressure Pro units for updates.
