Registration / Racing Trax Pick Up

The start of the Silver State 300 Pre-Run is located at Main Pit.
Pre-running is a privilege, not a right. We’re able to offer it because it’s low-speed, low-impact, and doesn’t require constant monitoring. All vehicles pre-running must be pre-registered on this page.

All qualifiers must be registered, banded, have their safety equipment inspected and pick up their Timing & Scoring transponder Wednesday night.

Safety Equipment Inspection: Helmets, suits and Hans will be checked.
Transponder Pick Up: Qualifiers must pick up their Timing & Scoring transponders at Qualifying registration.
Vehicle Inspection: After qualifying, all vehicles must go through Technical Inspection at the Event Expo.

Staging: Staging begins 15 minutes before start time.
Classes: Open Pro Motorcycle

Classes: Class 10 > UTV Pro

Classes: Unlimited Truck 2WD/4WD/Legends > Class 1/Class 1 U > Unlimited Truck SPEC

Staging: Staging begins 30 minutes prior to race start.
Drivers Meeting: A Youth 1000 drivers meeting will be held at the start line in staging.

The mandatory meeting will be held in person only; no online option will be available. During the meeting, 25 names and vehicle numbers will be randomly drawn. If your entry is called and no representative from your team is present, a penalty will be issued. At least one racer from each team must attend to avoid a penalty.

Pit Closure Times
Because UTVs will begin racing at 1:00 PM, at 12:15 PM, Miller's Pit will be placed under a temporary hold and restarted for safety. This allows racers to safely clear the final section of the course and avoid any potential conflict where the courses intersect.

Main Pit Closes: 11:30 AM
Millers Pit Hold Begins: 12:15 PM
Millers Pit Reopens: 1:15 PM

Staging: Staging begins 45 minutes prior to start time.

Must complete 2 full laps to be a finisher

• Main Pit Closure: 8:00 PM
• Millers Pit Closure: 10:30 PM

Staging: Staging begins 30 minutes prior to start time.

Must complete 2 full laps to be a finisher
