Vegas to Reno Legends Rally

Thirty years of history, rewritten from Reno to Las Vegas

From the high desert of Reno to the neon lights of Las Vegas, Vegas to Reno is the longest single day, point-to-point desert race in America and a true test of endurance, strategy, and execution. This is not a loop, not a sprint, and not a second chance. There are no laps, no resets, and no return to a main pit—only forward progress toward the finish line.

Racers leave Reno and head south down the spine of Nevada along U.S. Route 95, covering more than 400 miles of remote terrain, vast desert valleys, and unforgiving mountain passes. With staged pit zones stretching across the state, teams must carefully manage fuel, equipment, and timing as they push deeper into the desert.

Every decision carries weight, and every mile matters. Push too hard too early, and you may never make it to Las Vegas. The course naturally divides into distinct sectors, beginning with fast, open terrain out of Reno, transitioning into long valley runs and elevation changes near Tonopah, and finishing with a demanding southern stretch through Beatty where fatigue, terrain, and mechanical wear all come into play.

By the time racers approach Las Vegas, both drivers and machines have been pushed to their limits. This race is not about who is fastest for a single moment—it’s about who can maintain speed, manage risk, and execute over the long haul. Vegas to Reno is built for teams that trust their equipment, rely on their crew, and understand that winning requires discipline as much as speed. More than just a race, it is a modern return to true desert racing—a one-way crossing of Nevada where the finish line is earned, not given.
