• STEP 1 – Secure Your Race Vehicle Number
• New Competitors: You must reserve a BITD Race Number. Please contact the office to secure your number.
• Returning Competitors: If you have not raced with BITD since 2022, confirm that your vehicle number remains the same.
• Important: Review the 2025 BITD Rule Book to ensure your vehicle number aligns with your class. Vehicle numbers have been updated.

STEP 2 – Create a RaceReady Account

• ALL BITD members must create their own RaceReady account.
  • This includes Drivers/Riders of Record and Co-Drivers/Riders.
• Click Here to create your account.
  • Complete your Rider Profile (including Co-Drivers/Riders).
  • Enter your Race Vehicle Number in the “Vehicle #” field.
  • Enter your machine’s brand in the “Vehicle Brand” field (this can be changed later)
  • Under “Engine Size,” select 0-Default.
  • Enter “BITD” in the VIN field.

STEP 3 – Purchase Your Membership

• After completing your Rider Profile, Click Here to purchase your membership.
  • Drivers/Riders of Record: Select the class in which you will race for the season (this can be changed later).
  • Co-Drivers/Riders: You do not need to select a class.

STEP 4 – Complete Your Racer Profile

• After purchasing your membership, go to “Settings” and complete your personal information to finalize your racer profile.

STEP 5 – Team Creation

Your membership registration is now complete! Now the Driver/Rider of Record will need to set up the Race Team –

1. Access Settings
   • Go to the Settings menu and select Teams.
2. Create a Team
   • Click Create Team.
   • Your Team Name must be your full name as the DOR/ROR. This name will appear on all Official Results.
3. Assign Yourself as Manager
   • As the Driver or Rider of Record, add yourself to the team first.
   • Use the dropdown menu to select Manager.
4. Add Team Members
   • Enter each team member’s email address (used for their RaceReady account).
   • You cannot add team members by first and last name—only by email.
5. Membership Requirements
   • Each racer must purchase a Membership.
   • Drivers of Record can pay through the entry fee, but each racer must create their own RaceReady account separately.
6. Accepting Team Invitations
   • After adding team members, they must accept the invitation through their RaceReady account.
7. Team is Ready!
   • Once all members have accepted, your team is officially created and can enter race events.
   • Note: Co-Drivers and Riders can be added or removed until Registration Day.

STEP 6 – Register for the SS300 by CLICKING HERE

1) Read through each step carefully to ensure proper registration.

2) Race Team Setup:

• Select each team member you want to enter.
  • Each member must have a paid membership fee.

3) Selecting Classes:

• Only the Driver of Record (DOR) needs to select the race class for the team.
  • Teams participating in qualifying must also add the Qualifying Class in addition to their Race Class.
• Co-drivers and riders must be added as “Co-Driver/Rider” to avoid additional entry fees.

Transponders

• Each race team must purchase a transponder through the RaceReady site.
• A purchase link and instructions will be included in the email confirmation after completing the entry form.
• Transponders must be purchased before April 15, 2025.
