The 2015 BlueWater Parker “425” presented by IMPACT will mark the fifth year for Best In The Desert’s Trick Truck Challenge. 30 of the top Trick Truck race drivers in the world have signed up for a piece of the $180,000 that will be paid out during the course of the season. The bonus prize money will be paid out to the first through fifth place Trick Truck finishers at each of the scheduled six Best In The Desert races. Also awarded to the overall champion at the end of the year will be an additional year-end bonus along with the elegant Trick Truck Challenge Trophy.
Casey Folks, director of Best In The Desert, said, “This is our fifth year running the awesome Trick Truck Challenge. The popularity of this unique program just keeps growing every year and this year’s will mark our largest participation ever.” The 2015 season will also see the addition of 11 highly skilled racers who will be taking part in the Trick Truck Challenge for their very first time.

The Trick Truck Challenge battle is just one of the many storylines that will be unfolding at this weekend’s BlueWater Parker “425” presented by IMPACT. Pre race activities begin when 78 Trick Truck and Class 1500 unlimited cars shoot it out at the Time Trials to see who will claim the coveted “Team Ford Pole Award” and the first overall starting position. Over 225 teams in 12 different car and truck off-road racing classes will be gathering Parker, AZ, along the banks of the beautiful Colorado River as they take on their quest for victory at this iconic legendary race. This highly anticipated event marks the traditional beginning of the season for the “American Off-Road Racing Series”, Best In The Desert.
