Additional Rider(s) and/or Co-Drivers for Teams Registration Instructions

1ST TIME SIGN UP USING BITD.RACEDAY.PRO as ADDITIONAL RIDER(s) and/or CO-DRIVER(s) for Teams
(all non-ironman classes)

EACH ADDITIONAL RIDER OR CO-DRIVER ON YOUR TEAM WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THESE STEPS THEMSELVES AS THEY WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THEIR OWN WAIVER DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. ALSO, THIS WILL SAVE EVERYONE TIME AT ON-SITE REGISTRATION.

STEP 1 – GO TO bitd.raceday.pro and SIGN UP FOR FREE ACCOUNT (Every rider/driver/co-driver will have to create their own account.)

  • Enter name, address, username, password, etc. then click “Create My Account”. Note:  If you are a parent and will be managing an account for multiple drivers, you will repeat this step to register each of them individually.  You may use one e-mail address for each driver, but you will assign them each their own “username”.

STEP 2 – PURCHASE/RENEW MEMBERSHIP (Every rider/driver/co-driver will have to purchase/renew their membership)

  • Before you can register for an event, you must purchase or renew your BITD membership. Click “Purchase/Renew Membership Now” from menu on right.

  • Follow prompts to buy membership.

STEP 3 – REGISTER FOR AN EVENT AS AN ADDITIONAL RIDER OR CO-DRIVER

  • Click green “Register” button for the event you are entering.

  • You will be prompted to enter your emergency contact information (you will only have to do this one time and they can update in their profile later if needed). Click complete & save.

  • Click “Teams” from menu on the left.

  • Click “Join a Team” from menu on the left. In the search field you will type the name of the Team that the Rider, or Driver, of Record created in their registration and follow the prompts to join the Team.

  • Click “Back to Raceday” in upper left corner.

  • Click green “Register” button for the event you are entering again.

  • Choose the class from the menu and select the “Additional Rider” or “Additional Co-Driver” registration. Click “Register” on right side of screen and choose the vehicle they are registering for this class.

  • Click blue “Check Out” button in upper right corner.

  • Choose T-Shirt Size and click “Add To My Order”. (Only one T-shirt per order).

  • Optional – Click “Add To My Order” if you need to purchase a Transponder.

  • Optional – Click “Add To My Order” if you wish to donate to the BITD volunteer fund. You may donate as much as you like in increments of $20.

  • Click blue “Continue” button at bottom of screen.

  • Follow prompts to sign waiver. If on computer use your mouse, if on a tablet or phone you can use your finger.

  • Enter payment info.

  • Confirm information on review screen and complete order.

  • Congratulations! Your profile is now setup (and will save you a lot of  time the next time you enter) and you are registered as an additional rider or co-driver with your Team.
