12:00 PM – 4:00 PM All classes open to Tech & Registration
 

3:00 PM – 3:30 PM Media Meeting – BITD Box Van- Peralta Ranch – Main Pit  

Attendance is Mandatory (see the media section of the website for more information)

Held at the BITD Mesa at the Peralta Ranch 

25 Random Vehicle Numbers will be called to confirm attendance

1-hour penalty will be applied to those not present

Registration & Forms

There are new procedures for 2023, so please read below for crucial steps to follow for this year!  

Racer Registration 

Things to Note:

  • The link to register can be found above or by clicking HERE.
  • After you register, the Racer Liability Form MUST be filled out by each entrant online by November 5th, 2023. This can be filled out by clicking HERE.
  • Online Registration will be open until October 6th, 2023
    • All walk-in entries will be required to pay a $100 on-site fee.
  •   If you need a Race Vehicle Number, call the office at (702) 457-5775
  • Transponder Numbers need to be entered correctly. These are used to score the race. If you enter your transponder number incorrectly, you could be timed incorrectly.
  • If you need to add or remove a team member not originally included on your entry form, please email the office at bitd@bitd.com to have this updated before the On-site Registration.

Pit Waivers

Things to Note:

  • Each person on your pit support team will need to sign individually online. Use the Link provided HERE
  • At Registration, each Race team will be given only the amount of wristbands as they have liability forms filled out. If this process has yet to be completed before registration, you must bring a screenshot or a printed copy of your team’s completed waivers. These can be found in an email confirmation. No exceptions.

Volunteer Information

Come out and be a part of TEAM BITD! 

Firstly, fill out this Volunteer Sign-Up Form by November 6th, 2023.

After you’ve filled the form out, be sure to sign the Online waiver by clicking here: Volunteer Liability Waiver 

Our Race Director will call you shortly to get you into the best seat in the house: a spot on the course! 

A mandatory Volunteer Meeting will be held in person Friday, November 10th at 7:00 PM Location TBD. We could not do these events without the unsung heroes of our sport!!! You will receive an event T-shirt, pins, stickers, and more for participating!

Racing Trax

 RacingTrax.com – Register for your tracking unit when registration opens. The same day, on-site, registration late fee is $25 MANDATORY FOR ALL Classes. This is separate from your transponder. You will pick up the unit on-site and they will install the unit. Iif you need a bracket order today so you can install it before the event.

Media Requirements

Any Media requests must be completed and returned 15 days before the event. See the Media form online at bitd.com/media

After signing the Media form, you will need to fill out the Liability Waiver by clicking HERE

Come out and get your business exposed to 1000’s of Off-Road Racing Enthusiasts! On Friday, November 10th, 2023, at Tech and Contingency at the Aspen Valley Mall,, you will see Racers from all over the world! Don’t miss out on the opportunity to widen your customer base.

Trophy Policy

Our policy has been updated for 2023! We trophy a Podium Finish, which is 1st – 2nd – 3rd Place, like the Olympics!  Please read this so you know how many trophies we give out and how to redeem your trophy!
