Rider / Driver of Record for Teams Instructions

STEP 1 – GO TO bitd.raceday.pro and SIGN UP FOR FREE ACCOUNT (Every rider/driver/co-driver will have to create their own account.)

• Enter name, address, username, password, etc. then click “Create My Account”. Note:  If you are a parent and will be managing an account for multiple drivers, you will repeat this step to register each of them individually.  You may use one e-mail address for each driver, but you will assign them each their own “username”.

STEP 2 – PURCHASE/RENEW MEMBERSHIP (Every rider/driver/co-driver will have to purchase/renew their membership)

• Before you can register for an event, you must purchase or renew your BITD membership. Click “Purchase/Renew Membership Now” from menu on right.
  
  
• Follow prompts to buy membership.

STEP 3 – REGISTER FOR AN EVENT AS RIDER OR DRIVER OF RECORD

• Click green “Register” button for the event you would like to enter.
  
  
• You will be prompted to enter emergency contact information (you will only have to do this one time and you can update in your profile later if needed). Click complete & save.
  
  
• Click “Teams” from menu on the left.
  
  
• Click “Join a Team” from menu on the left.
  
  
• Enter Team name you wish to use. The only approved names should be First and Last Name of Driver of Record.  Click “Create Team Now”.  You will only be listing yourself in this step.
  
  
• Click “Back to Raceday” from upper left corner.
  
  
• Click “Vehicles” from menu on the left. Click green “Add a Vehicle” button in upper right corner.
  
  
• Choose Option for “A Team” and choose the Team name you just created. Enter your vehicle information and the correct transponder number you will be using for this event.
  
  
• Click “Save Vehicle”.
  
  
• Click “Events” from menu on the left.
  
  
• Click green “Register” button for the event you would like to enter again.
  
  
• Choose your class from the menu and use “Rider of Record” or “Driver of Record”. Click “Register” on right side of screen and choose the vehicle you are registering for this class.
  
  
• Click blue “Check Out” button in upper right corner.
  
  
• Choose your T-Shirt Size and click “Add to my order”. (Only one T-shirt per order).
  
  
• Optional – Click “Add To My Order” if you need to purchase a Transponder.
  
  
• Optional – Click “Add To My Order” if you wish to donate to the BITD volunteer fund. You may donate as much as you like in increments of $20.
  
  
• Click blue “Continue” button at bottom of screen.
  
  
• Follow the prompts to sign waiver. If you are on a computer, use your mouse; if you are on a tablet or phone, you can use your finger.
  
  
• Enter payment info.
  
  
• Confirm information on review screen and complete order.
  
  
• Congratulations! Your profile is now setup (and will save you a lot of time the next time you enter) and your Team is entered for the event. Please have all your Additional Rider(s) and/or Co-Drivers complete their registration using the following instructions.
  
  
• P.S. Don’t forget to go back to your Raceday profile and add/update your sponsors.
