Best In The Desert offers an amazing platform for companies of all types and especially off-road manufacturers, distributors and aftermarket companies wishing to market their products to a hardcore group of racers, enthusiasts and participants. The sport of off-road racing is a tight knit group and contingency programs can be a highly effective way of getting participants to select your product or service over another. For 2019 Best In The Desert is modifying its contingency program in order to provide a heightened level of exposure and promotion for our official contingency sponsors and to give them full access to the full range of our digital, print and on-site communication programs. 2018 was a record year for Best In The Desert. Never before have so many racers chosen Best In The Desert as their primary racing series. Following is a brief outline of how the 2019 program works. Please note the changes to previous policy:
Step 1: How To Become an Official BITD 2019 Contingency Sponsor:
Fill out the attached 2019 Car, Truck and UTV Contingency Agreement Form. Select the classes you wish to offer contingency for, the type and amount of contingency you wish to offer, details about the registration process and any criteria you require (i.e.; product usage, sticker placement, etc.) for qualifying. Once confirmed your company and company logo will be listed on our website, event programs and through social media as an Official Best In The Desert Contingency Sponsor. Best In The Desert does not charge for this service.
Step 2: New 2019 BITD Event Expo Display Policy:
For 2019 BITD will require a nominal fee from all vendors including Contingency sponsors wishing to set up displays and/or retail products in the BITD Event Expo
Display area. The fees are as follows:

** Includes all 5th wheel trailers and semis
*** Does not include the Mint 400 or UTV World Championships events.
Please fill out the 2019 Best In The Desert Event Expo Display Agreement Form. Indicate the amount of space requested and submit to Best In The Desert. All parking requests must be received a minimum of two weeks in advance of the event. Note the parking confirmation deadlines for each event.
