First Round for Car and Truck Classes in 2022 Series at the Maxxis Tires Parker 425 Presented by Jimco Racing

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: LAS VEGAS, NV (Jan. 14, 2022): The dust has barely settled in Parker, Arizona only to be stirred up once again as Best In The Desert returns for the first race for Car and Truck Classes in the 2022 Series: the Maxxis Tires Parker 425 Presented by Jimco Racing geared for Jan. 19-22, 2022

The famous 425-mile course will feature well-known challenges like the Osbourne Wash, Rock Pile, and the Crossover and will be the first race in the season for car and truck drivers to show their worth. 

Top names are already registered including Kyle Jergensen, Steve Olliges, Bill Apgood, the Thompson/Letner team, BJ Baldwin, Sam Berri, the Herlings, Chad Hall, and more. 

The action goes down starting on Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2022 with Time Trials for Classes 1000, 6100, 6200, 7200, 1500, and Trick Trucks. This event will be live-streamed on Best In The Desert’s Facebook page and YouTube channel for the world to see what the famous course runs like. 

Thursday, Jan. 20, 2022 will see Registration, Contingency, Tech Inspection, and the Event Expo in downtown Parker; always a fun time!

The weekend will see full days of racing from all the classes starting with Classes 1000, 1100, 1200, 2000, 3000, 4400, 5000, 6000, 7100, 7200, 7300, 8000, 8100, All Jeepspeed’s on Friday, Jan. 21, 2022 and Classes 1500, 6100, 6200, 6800, and Trick Trucks on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2o22.

Best In The Desert is excited to start its series in beautiful, sunny Parker, Arizona with the Colorado River as a scenic background. It’s a town that truly embraces off-road racing and the air there is undeniably electric. 

Registration for the Maxxis Tires Parker 425 Presented by Jimco Racing is open until Jan. 17, 2022.
