12:00PM- Virtual Drivers Meeting, for all classes, will be posted online. All racers will be required to watch before January 14th at 5:30PM. 25 random vehicle numbers will be called to confirm viewing.

9:00AM – 12:00PM- Classes: 1100, 1200, 3000, 7100, 7300, 8100, All Jeepspeed
12:00PM – 3:00PM- Classes: 1000, 4400, 5000, 6000, 7200, 8000
3:00PM – 5:00PM- Classes: Trick Trucks, 1500, 6100
5:00PM – 6:00PM- Any late registrants, or anyone who missed their time
9:00AM – 6:00PM- Tech Inspection and Contingency in Downtown Parker
2:00PM – 6:00PM- Vehicle Display
13th Annual Parker 425 Downtown Experience. Display of time trials vehicles. Mandatory event for all time trials vehicles. Open to all other classes but not mandatory.
5:30PM – 6:30PM- Live Q&A
Live session on Facebook Live to cover any questions from online riders meeting. Entrants must have watched meeting prior to live Q&A. 25 random vehicle numbers will be called to confirm viewing.

General Information
Registration and Forms
Additional Driver/Rider Form– If you’ve already submitted your entry, but need to change or add someone, please fill out this form. Please email it back to bitd@bitd.com.
Minor Waiver– If you, or anyone on your team, that is anyone getting into the race vehicle, is 17 or under please have this form notarized prior to the race. You can mail it, email it, or bring it in to registration.
Pit Crew Release Waiver– Anyone that will be in the pits must sign this form.
Volunteer Information
Volunteer Form– Please have this turned in before Jan 7, 2021
Volunteer Insurance Form– Please have anyone you plan on bringing with you fill out this form.
Contingency
PLEASE Fill out the forms TODAY and email back to BITD@BITD.com before January 11th. We will be packaging them up for you to pick up at Registration. We are going on the honor system so please be Truthful on what you run and the decals you have. Again fill the forms below before January 11th, we will not be taking forms on site and we will NOT have decals.

Expo Vendor Information
All vendors must fill out and submit a Town of Parker Business License. The Vendor Permit Application is what all vendors will need to fill out for any events in the Town of Parker. The Business License Application is for anyone that would prefer to have an annual business license.
Town of Parker Business License/Vendor Permit Fees:
One day Vendor Permit (date[s] must be provided)- $10.00 per day.
6 month Vendor Permit (July-December OR January-June)- $40.00 for specified 6 month period.
Local Annual (within 20 mile radius)- $80.00 for July 1st-June 30th of current year.
Non-Local Annual (outside of 20 mile radius)- $225.00 for July 1st-June 30th of current year.
Tracking Information
RacingTrax.com – Register for your tracking unit when registration opens. Same day, on site, registration late fee is $25 Mandatory for all Classes. This is separate from your transponder. You will pick up the unit onsite and they will install it. If you need a bracket order Today so you can install it before the event. This is Mandatory FOR ALL CLASSES!

2021 Pressure Pro Updates
Please watch the attached video link below from Vince Skandunas with Pressure Pro with the “relief valve update.”
These updates from Pressure Pro will be “MANDATORY” for ALL BITD EVENTS starting in 2021 for ALL Pressure Pro fuel system units.
BITD staff will be inspecting Pressure Pro units for updates starting with the 2021 Parker 425.
