BEST IN THE DESERT GEARING UP FOR BLUEWATER PARKER “425” PRESENTED BY JIMCO

LAS VEGAS, NV (JANUARY 8, 2020) – Best In The Desert is gearing up for the BlueWater Parker “425” presented by Jimco happening on January 23-26, 2020 in Parker, AZ. As one of the oldest and most iconic truck and car races in the series, the BlueWater Parker “425” presented by Jimco will be an event to remember.
This year’s race is unique as there will be two full days of racing on Friday, January 24, 2020, and Saturday, January 25, 2020. Friday’s race will feature cars in classes 1000, 1100, 1200, 2000, 3000, 4400, 5000, 6000, 7100, 7200, 7300, 8000, 8100, and all Jeepspeeds. Saturday’s race will feature cars in 1500, 6100, 6200, and 6800 classes and Trick Trucks going head to head in Prime Time.
As a 425-mile race, the BlueWater Parker “425” presented by Jimco is one of the most challenging and grueling off-road competitions in the nation. It’s also one of the most scenic races as the course starts in downtown Parker, Arizona and finishes alongside the picturesque Colorado River.

The BlueWater Parker “425” presented by Jimco is part of the Maxxis Triple Crown which means there are guaranteed bonus purses of more than $50,000 for overall finishers. The cash available for unlimited cars and trucks (Trick Truck and Class 1500 combined) is $25,000 to 1st overall, $10,000 to 2nd overall, and $5,000 to 3rd overall. $7,500 will go to 1st overall, $2,500 to 2nd overall, and $1,000 to 3rd overall for all other classes combined.
Jimco Racing Inc. will be presenting the BlueWater Parker “425” for the first time. The manufacturing brand is synonymous with off-road champions and Best In The Desert is proud to have them on board as a sponsor for such an important race.
Another new event racers, sponsors, and fans can look forward to is the Racer Appreciation Social Hour brought to you by Method Race Wheels that will be held before every race in the 2020 Best In The Desert series. The event for the BlueWater Parker “425” presented by Jimco will take place on Thursday, Jan. 23 before the driver meeting.
