Racer Liability Form  Print and bring this form to registration for Racer Wristbands. As long as all forms are signed and filled out, your Driver or Rider of Record will be able to pick up your Race Packet with all wristbands. Minor Waiver– If anyone on the Race team is 17 or under and getting into the race Vehicle, please have this form filled out by their Parent or Guardian prior to the race. You can mail it, email it, or bring it in to registration. *New for 2022* This form does not need to be notarized. 

Pit Crew Liability Waiver– Everyone in your pit must sign this before entering. At registration, you will be given wristbands for each signature. We will be checking for wristbands upon entry. If your support team does not have a wristband, they will not be allowed in.

2022 Laughlin Desert Classic Volunteer Form– Come out and be a part of TEAM BITD! Please have this filled out prior to October 10th, 2022. You can either mail a printed copy to the BITD office or email this form in to the Volunteer Coordinator Cyndie Parks at contingency@bitd.com. Your participation gets you an Event T-Shirt, pins, stickers and extra swag!

PLEASE Fill out the forms TODAY and email back to contingency@bitd.com before October 16th, 2022. We will be packaging your decals if need up for you to pick up at the Contingency Booth in the Registration Room. We are going on the honor system so please be truthful on what you run and the decals you have. We will be taking forms on site and we will have decals, however they are limited to first come first serve, so in the spirit of preparedness please have your forms in by the due date.

RacingTrax.com – Register for your tracking unit when registration opens. Same day, on site, registration late fee is $25 MANDATORY FOR Car / Truck/ Adult UTV Classes. This is separate from your transponder. You will pick up the unit onsite and they will install it. If you need a bracket order today so you can install it before the event.

These updates from Pressure Pro will be “MANDATORY” for ALL BITD EVENTS starting in 2022 for ALL Pressure Pro fuel system units.
